  1. Hi, I’m just curious is there any ways to solve and unknown injuries ?
    So, I’m a runner but the problem is my knee always annoyed me when i jog and i have went to some acupuncture and doctor but they couldn’t solve it still is aching all the time whenever i jog even the knee guard couldn’t help much.

    1. Hello Farra,

      if you haven’t been running, I’d say you can start nice and slow for 15-20 mins 3 times a week! Then slowly build on that. Set the base first before you add speed work and more mileage! :)
